Eligibility:
The Chadstone Ford Loyalty Program is available to eligible customers who have previously purchased or serviced a vehicle at Chadstone Ford. This offer excludes fleet companies and customers with Silver, Gold, and Platinum status, as well as any other groups identified by Chadstone Ford at its discretion.
Eligibility & Issuance:
A voucher is issued when an eligible customer refers a new vehicle buyer to any Chadstone Ford. The new vehicle must be delivered before the voucher is issued to the referrer. The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. It can only be used for servicing at Chadstone Ford.
Voucher Value and Redemption:
The voucher is valued at $300 and is redeemable only towards servicing at Chadstone Ford. It cannot be redeemed for cash, gift cards, or any other products or services. If the cost of the service is less than the voucher value, the remaining balance will be forfeited. If the cost of the service exceeds the voucher value, the customer will be required to pay the difference.
Expiry, Validity, and Other Conditions:
The voucher is valid for 2 years from the date of issue. Expired vouchers will not be extended or reissued. The voucher is not replaceable if lost, stolen, or damaged. The use of the voucher is subject to the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), and Chadstone Ford reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the referral program at any time. Any changes to the program will be communicated to participants via the contact details provided. In the event of the program being suspended or terminated, any issued vouchers will be honored unless otherwise stated. If the program is suspended or terminated before the referral process is completed, the referrer will not be issued a voucher.
Program Modifications, Suspension, and Termination:
Chadstone Ford reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program at any time, for any reason, at its discretion. If the program is suspended or terminated, any issued vouchers will be honored unless otherwise stated. In the case that the program is suspended or terminated before the referral process is completed, the referrer will not be issued a voucher.

No Stacking Policy:
Only one voucher can be used per service appointment. The voucher cannot be combined with any other discount, offer, or promotional voucher. It must be used in a single transaction. Additionally, the voucher is non-transferable and cannot be sold, assigned, or gifted to any other person.

Privacy and Personal Data:
By participating in the program, customers consent to the collection and use of their personal data by Chadstone Ford for the purposes of administering the program. Personal data will be stored securely and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.
Dispute Resolution:
In the event of any disputes regarding the loyalty program, customers are encouraged to contact Chadstone Ford’s customer service team for resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer service, it may be subject to formal dispute resolution procedures as outlined by Australian Consumer Law.}
